At MEE-FIT we understand you are the kind of person who wants to be the healthiest version of yourself. In order to be that way, you need to create healthy habits to help you feel better, look better and move better. The challenge is there's so much conflicting information out there, which can make you feel lost and confused.

We believe transforming your health and fitness is as simple as creating healthy habits in an environment where you feel comfortable, welcomed and supported. We understand you may have tried and failed in the past. That’s why we have designed our 30-day plan to take you through the process step by step to ensure that this time you get the results you want.

  • Personal training sessions - where you'll be coached and guided through your workout by a member of our expert team. These sessions will have you feeling stronger, more flexible and more toned.

  • Nutritional consultation - we'll cut through all the noise surrounding nutrition and arm you with the information you need to lose weight, tone up or improve your wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No, not at all. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you. We don't work with elite athletes or bodybuilders, just normal, everyday people who are looking to improve their health and fitness. 

What if I have aches, pains and injuries?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We'll discuss your injuries and create a plan which is going to get you fitter, healthier and moving better whilst not aggravating any injuries. 

What time are the training sessions?

We have sessions available on the hour every hour from 6am-8pm Monday-Friday, as well as 7-11am Saturday.

You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
