Meet Allana who has been training with us for 6 months
.
As a working mum of two under four, Allana has every reason going not to exercise regularly.
But 6 months ago she decided it was time to prioritise her own fitness and wellbeing and got started with us.
She’s been extremely consistent, getting her 3 sessions in pretty much every week and massively feeling the benefits.
She’s now got way more energy to keep up with her 2 little ones and feels much stronger.
