*“Before joining MEE-FIT, my activity levels were pretty low. I walked the dog, did a bit of gardening, and the occasional Pilates session. But with arthritis in both knees and two extra stone in weight, I was struggling.
I decided to lose the weight first, knowing it would help ease the pressure on my knees. By December, I had lost two stone, but I knew I needed to get stronger. That’s when I found MEE-FIT.
At first, I was nervous. Would I be able to keep up? Would it be too much for my knees? But from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed. The trainers tailored everything to suit me—making sure I was working hard, but safely.
