Physically, I haven't felt this good in many years. It's hard work, but the results are undeniable. What makes this gym different is that I've been able to do the work without any of the social/societal pressures that make it so much harder in traditional environments. My self esteem has increased greatly and it's now a way of life I never want to stop.

MEE-FIT has changed my life! I have gone from never having used a gym to a 3 times a week, and I actually enjoy it!
