Jayne’s Story

*“I was turning into a lazy lump. My weight was creeping up, my blood pressure was rising, and even running up the stairs left me breathless.

I avoided long walks, relied on my car too much, and just didn’t feel like me anymore.

I had dabbled in gyms before, but they were full of mirrors, muscle-bound blokes, and people who knew what they were doing. I couldn’t face that again.

Then a friend dragged me to MEE-FIT. I was terrified walking through that door on day one. My knees were literally knocking.

But now? I love it.
