*“Before MEE-FIT, I was active—I walked every day, did Pilates twice a week, and swam a couple of times a week. But no matter how much I did, I wasn’t getting any fitter or stronger.
I’d been thinking about resistance training for a while, and with my daughter’s wedding coming up, I decided to give it a try.
