Liz joined Mee-Fit with a simple goal: to hold onto her health as she got older. At 65, she wasn’t dealing with injuries, but she realised that staying healthy isn’t something that just happens — it’s something you have to actively maintain.
Finding Something That Actually Works
When Liz discovered Mee-Fit, she realised it wasn’t like a normal gym. The sessions are structured, booked online, and only last around 45 minutes. Each workout is different, and coaches are always there to guide you.
